BMSG.net Return Policy for Goods and Services:

Due to the nature of the services offered online through BMSG.net, restrictions may apply on returns of Goods or Services Sold. These restrictions are detailed below:

Service/Subscription Refund or Cancellation:
Subscription cancellation can be done any time during your membership period. If you wish to cancel subscription, please send an email to jb@bmsg.net. Cancellation requests must be received at least 2 business days prior to the renewal date on your account. Failure to request cancellation within time window may result in your subscription being renewed for another month.

Subscription refunds are offered only during the first 3 days of subscription. If for some reason you are not pleased with the products offered you may request a refund. To request a refund send an email to jb@bmsg.net. Please include the following information in your email:
-Name
-Registered Email Address
-Order number (located on invoice)
-Reason for Refund

Product Refunds:
Certain products qualify for a refund. Any product that is a specialty order or customized product is not refundable at any time. All products sold carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. Products that are not customized may be refunded less a restock fee. The restock fee on the product is a percentage of sale price not to exceed 5% of sale price. Fees associated with the return of the product are the responsibility of the consumer.

Products returned that show signs of use or abuse will not be accepted as valid returns and thus will not qualify for a product refund. Products must be shipped back with all contents included, including accessories, manuals, etc, and must be shipped in original packaging.

Products that contain copyrighted material such as CD MEDIA may NOT be returned or refunded at any time. Products that are proven defective may be exchanged for new products.
